The City Manager is authorized to enter into the attached Agreement with the National Center for Municipal Development, Inc., to continue representation of the CITY OF MIAMI in Washington, D.C., by Mr. Mark Israel, as part of the Man In Washington Program. Section 2. The sum of $27,000, payable in 12 monthly equal installments is hereby approved as a fee for said services, with funds hereby allocated from the General Fund - Special Programs and Accounts.
