A RESOLUTION AMENDING A PRIOR RESOLUTION
WHICH HAD CONFIRMED THE DESIGNATION OF
CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS BY CERTIFIED BARGAINING
REPRESENTATIVES OF CITY EMPLOYEES AND WHICH_
HAD APPOINTED SAID INDIVIDUALS TO THE CITY
AFFIRMATIVE ACTION ADVISORY BARD BY REPLACING
ONE OF THE PRIOR DESIGNATED INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS
WITH ANOTHER DULY DESIGNATED INDIVIDUAL AND
BY CORRECTING THE LENGTH OF THE TERMS TO BE
SERVED BY THE DESIGNATED MEMBERS.
SE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1.
Section 1 of Resolution No. 78-57 adopted January 24,
1978, is hereby amended in the following particulars:

This is to inform you that the Executive Board of the Walter E.
Headley, Jr. Miami Lodge #20 of the Fraternal Order of Police
has approved the appointment of Stanley DeLuga to replace Gerald
Green as the F.O.P. representative on the Affirmative Action
Board. This approval was obtained at the Executive Board meeting
of January 16, 1978, and we would ask that DeLuga be seated
at the next meeting.
