Request for Incorporation =
Tony Molina = City of Miami
Country Club
Mr. Antonio Molina was awarded the concession for food and
beverage at the City of Miami Country Club in November, 1977.
This agreement was for five years with a five year option.
Recently, Mr. Molina has applied with the Florida Secretary
of State and has been approved to incorporate his business at the
City of Miami Country Club. Mr. Molina is requesting that the
lease be changed to read: TONY MOLINA, INC., a Florida
corporation.
This request in no way changes the agreement. Mr. Molina
will still assume the same responsibilities under the terms
and conditions of the lease.
The Department of Parks and Recreation therefore recommends
approval to grant the request of Mr. Molina to incorporate his
business at the City of Miaini Country Club.
