QLLOW" WHEREAS, as part of the replatting of Dixie Park, the
City of Miami has proposed the closing, abandonment and discon-
tinuance of N.W. 13th Street from N.W. 3rd Avenue to the East-
Vest Expressway; and
WHEREAS, it was essential to secure the release of all
the right, title and reversionary interest in and to the public
right of way of N.W. 13th Street from the only two owners whose
properties abut N.W. 13th Street thereat; and
WHEREAS, such releases were obtained when the appertain-
ing quit claim deeds were executed and delivered to the City of
Miami; and
WHEREAS, as a consideration therefor, the conveying owners
were granted the right of access to and from the City of Miami park-
ing lot driveway proposed to be constructed adjacent to their
properties;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE

Please place on the agenda for the February 9, 1978 City Commission
Meeting a Resolution accepting two quit -claim deeds releasing the
reversionary interest in and to the public right-of-way of N.W. 13th
Street just west of N.W. 3rd Avenue.
Pertinent Information
As part of the process of replatting Dixie Park, the City has pro-
posed the closing, abandonment and discontinuance for public use of
N.W. 13th Street from N.W. 3rd Avenue to the East-West Expressway.
This necessitated securing releases of the reversionary rights from
the only two land owners whose properties abut N.W. 13th Street along
this path.
When requested, the said owners did execute and deliver to the City
of Miami respective deeds releasing their said reversionary rights,
in consideration for having been granted the right of access to and
from the City of Miami parking lot driveway proposed to be constructed
adjacent to their properties.
These deeds, copies of which are attached with drawing, have been
approved by the Department of Law, and are now in order for acceptance
by the City Commission.

WIT:ISSITii, That the said patties of the first pert, for and in
consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other good and
valuable considerations in hand paid by the said party of the second
part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have remised, re-
leased and quit -claimed and by these presents do remise, release and
quit -claim unto the said party of the second part and its successors
and assigns forever, all the right, title, reversionary interest,

N.W. 13 Street, as now known, lying southerly adjacent
to the south 60 feet of Lot 20 and the south 60 feet
of the east 10 feet of Lot 19, Block 2, of SOST'S SUB-
DIVISION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded
in Plat Book "B" at Page 27, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida. (Not hoiestead of grantor)..
As part of the consideration herein, the grantor shall have the
right of access to and from a public parking lot driveway adjacent
to grantor's property which is proposed to be constructed by grantee.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular the
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and all
the estate, title, reversionary interest and claim whatsoever
of the said parties of the first part either in law or equity, to
the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the
second part, its successors and assigns forever.
