Guth STREET WHEREAS, in order for the subject improvement: to proceed In the best possible fashion, certain strips of reserved, zoned width Right -Of -Way were required to be dedicated; and WHEREAS, of the appertaining owners contacted and re- quested for said dedications, seven responded by executing and delivering seven deeds conveying the required strips of right-of- way to the City of Miami, which are new in order for acceptance by the City Commission. E. 64th Street Highway Improvement to proceed in a normal fashion, certain strips of reserved zoned width right-of-way were required to be dedicated. Of the apper- taining owners contacted, seven deeds (copies attached) were received which are now in order for acceptance by the City Commission.
