FOR THE PERIOD FROM JANUARY 1, 1978
THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 1978.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
amend an agreement with PRANK J. COBO, for his professional
services, as Administrative Assistant to the Mayor, for the
period from January 1, 1978 through December 31, 1978, by
providing that all social security, federal withholding, and
other taxes shall be deducted from the compensation to be
paid FRANK J. COBO, which is to be paid bilimekly.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of January, 1978.

ADDENDUM NUMBER ONE TO AGREEMENT
BETWEEN FRANK COBO AND THE CITY
OF MIAMI
THIS ADDENDUM, made and entered into this
day of , 1978, by and between the CITY OP MIAMI
(hereinafter referred to as "CITY"), and FRANK COBO,
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the CITY and FRANK COBO entered into an Agreement
dated January 4, 1978, whereby FRANK COBO agreed to provide his
services as an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO THE MAYOR; and
WHEREAS, the CITY and FRANK COBO desire to amend the Agreement
as set forth herein.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual agreements
hereinafter set forth, it is agreed as follows:
Part II of the above described Agreement entitled compensation
shall be amended to provide that all Social Security, Federal With-
holding and other taxes shall be deducted from the compensation to be
paid FRANK COBO, which compensation shall be paid biweekly.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto has caused this
Addendum to be executed in their names by the persons so authorized.
