As reflected in the tabulation of bids, the $89,700,00 bid of Webb General Contracting, Inc. is the lowest responsible bid for the total bid. The Department of Public Works reviewed the three pro- posals, and, after discussion with Al Howard, Director of Parks and Recreation, and William L. O'Leary, Architect/ Consulting firs::, recommendation was made to award a contract as above specified.
