BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA! Section 1. The following individuals ere hereby confirmed as having been selected by certified bargaining representatives of City employees to serve as members of the City Affirmative Action Advisory Board and are hereby appointed to serve as Board members fora term of 2 years from date hereof: HINES BREEDEN - Sanitation Employees Assn., Inc. Original is being sent to the Law Department. Also enclosed is copy of Ordi- nance No. 8725 which re-establishes that Board. Section No, 1 of that Ordinance provides for ten members of the Board to be appointed by the City Commission.
