Pavan-' Company, Inc. an full and final payment for all work
performed and all materials furnished in connection with
BISCAYNE WEST HIGHUJAY IMPROVEMENT NT H-4390 in the BISCAYNE WEST

Williams Paving Company, Inc. has completed the project consisting;
of constructing approximately 2,2 ;miles of streets, including new
asthaltic pavement, concrete curbs and/or gutters and concrete
si.deiiail:s. The project 13 located between N. E. 4 Court and
Bisoa'.ne Boulevard and between N. E. 62-71 Streets, The original
contract amount was for 370, 215. 00, but the comnleted contract
amount is 311,078.16, and it was completed on time.
It is n,,,r in order for the Commission to accept the completed
wort: and 'authorize final payment, after all conditions are met.
