WHEREAS, at the City Commission meeting of December 15, 1977
Resolution No. 77-905 was passed which ordered a sanitary sewer
improvement identified as MANOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5437 C
(centerline sewer) in MANOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-5437 C (centerline sewer); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a public hearing was
held before the City Commission on January 24, 1978 as to any objec-
tions to the confirmation of Resolution No. 77-905, which resolution
ordered MANOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5437 C (centerline sewer)
in MANOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-543il

WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of said sanitary
sewer improvement were sustained by the Commission; it is therefore
in order for the Commission to confirm said ordering resolution and
vuthorize the City Clerk to advertise for sealed bids for the construc-
tion of said Improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Resolution No. 77-905 dated December 15, 1977 which
ordered MANOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5437 C (centerline sewer)
in MANOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5437 C (centerline
sewer) is hereby confirmed,

In a continuing effort to serve Miami with sewers
the construction of centerline sewers in the area
bounded by N.W. 46 Street on the North, N.W. 40
Street on the South, N.W. 17 Avenue on the West,
and on the East by N.W. 12 Avenue was ordered by
the City Commission at their meeting of
December 15, 1977.
It is now in order to confirm the ordering resolu-
tions and authorize advertising for bids. A
Public Hearing will be held on January 24, 1978
at which time the Commission will hear objections
to the confirmation of the ordering resolution.
IF NO OBJECTIONS ARE SUSTAINED THE DEPARTMENT OF
PUBLIC WORKS RECOMMENDS THE ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION
WHICH ALSO AUTHORIZES THE ADVERTISING FOR BIDS FOR
MANOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5437-C
(centerline sewer).

Project History: This improvement will provide sanitary sewer
service in a portion of the area designated
