Resolution Awarding Contract
Bids were received December 22, 1977 to rebuild streets in
the area between N. W. 12 and 7 Avenues from N. We 58 Terrace
to N. W. 62 Street.
As reflected in the tabulation o" bids, the $715,022.02 bid
of Marks Brothers Company is the lowest responsible.bid for
the total bid.
Funds have been programmed and budgeted under "3rd Year
Community Development Funds and Highway G.O. Bond Funds"
?or the estimated amount of the Contract, for Project Expense,
and for such items as Adrertisini7, TestinE7 Laboratories,
Toare.
