Tort Claims against the
City of Miami
Resolution
Notices of claims have been received by the City Attorney's
office from various individuals listed in Section 1 of the
attached Resolution. These claims have been investigated by
the Claims Section of the Torts Division of my office.
Based on the results of said investigations, I recommend that
these claims be formally denied.
