REPEALING IN ITS ENTIRETY SECTION 16..17 ENTITLED
"SPECIFICATIONS COMMITTEE"; ANb CONTAINING A
REPEALER PfOVSION.
8E IT ORDAIN EY THE COMMISSION OP THE CITY OP
MUM, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Article IV, "Purchasing and Contracts"
of Chapter 16, "Pinance", of the Code of the City of Miami,
Florida, is hereby, amended by repealing it its entirety Sec-
tion 16-17 entitled "Specifications Committee".
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
insofar as they are inconsistent or in conflict with the pro-
visions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
PASSED ON FIRST READING BY TITLE ONLY this 11 day
of January ,1978 .
PASSED AND ADOPTED ON SECOND AND FINAL READING BY
