REPEALING SAID SECTION IN ITS ENTIRETY;
AND CONTAIN/NO A REPEALER PROVISION.
RE IT ORDAINED 8Y THE COMMISSION OP THE CITY OP
MIAMI, PLORtDAt
Section 1. Section 37»8 entitled "Board of Review"
of Chapter 37, "Obscene Literature, Music, Prints, i;tc.",
of the Code of the City of Miami, riorida, is hereby amended
by repealing said section in its entirety.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
insofar as they are inconsistent or in conflict with the pro-
visions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
