Under separate cover we have forwarded 3 proposed ordinances
creating the Department of Leisure Services, the Department of
Cititen Services and the Department of Conferences and Conventions,
In completing this assignment, we became aware that 2 non-functioning
departments had never been formally discontinued pursuant to Charter
Section 19At Internal Audit (Bureau of internal Auditors) and
Communications. Accordingly, we have forwarded under separate cover
necessary legislation to formally discontinue these 2 departments.
Attached you will find original of proposed ordinance changing the
