Re: Proposed Plat of "Begonia Villas"

Pursuant to our telephone conversation, this letteFl
will serve to confirm that I desire to make a personal
appearance before the Miami City Commission at their
next meeting to discuss the above referenced matter. It
is 71`•.' understanding that this meeting will be held on
January 11, 1973.
As you -;now, I hole to use this opportunity to
discuss with the Commissioners the legalities of their
continual def�rrals of the above referenced matter.
Inasmuch: as I ;,n hopeful that rn°_• comments and the
advio,cs of t}:_, City Attorneys Office will convince

duty '_o _t,:provo the proposed Plat, I request that
consideration of the Plat also be placed on the agenda.

Plat approval is not also on the agenda, the Commission
