.A RESOLUTION.IREQUESTING SENATORS DUNCAN U. FLETCHER
AND PARK TRAMMELL AND CONGRESSMAN W. J. SEARS TO PRE-
SENT TO CONGRESS THE MATTER OF REIYOURSING THE CITY
OF MIAMI FOR MONEYS ADVANCED TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT
FOR MIAMI HARBOR IMPROVEMENT WORK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That Senators Dunoan U. Fletcher and Park Trammell and
Congressman W. 4. Sears are hereby respectfully requested to
present to Congresef the matter of reimbursing the City of
Miami, Florida, for all moneys advanced to the kederal Govern:
meat for Miami Harbor Improvement work and to call attention
to the necessity of auoh reimbrusement on aocount of the severe
losses sustained by the City of Miami in the hurricane September
l8th, 1925.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of Deoember, A. D. 1926.
