BE IT RESOLVED BY TIDE COI n.:I L;I O:1 OF TH7 CITY OF I.'IJMI :
1. That the City of Miami, Florida, contract and enter
into an agreement with the Florida East Coast Railway Company,
a corporation, pertaining to switchinc service on the i:unicipal
Railway tracks of said City, in accordance with the terms and
conditions contained in proposed agreement attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
2. That the City I:anager with the attestation of the City
Clerk of the Cit:" of I:iarni, be and they hereby are authorized
and directed to execute the said agreement for and on behalf of
the City of Miami, Florida.
3. That this resol1ition shall tale effect immediately upon
its ?aassare.
