fund which shall be used for the payment of the principal and
interest of said bonds.
Section 5. Notwith tending the provision made in the last
precedinE section for the conservation and pledFe of said s7ecial
assessments for the y)ayment of said bonds and interest, there
shall be and there hereby is ordered to be levied and colle.cted
annually a special tax upon Fli taxable property within the City
of udami over and above all taxes authorized or limited by the
Charter of said Oity or other law sufficient to pay the interest
