A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AG DollENT WITH
ROBERTS & GRENTNM, INC. TO EXTEND AND CON-
STRUCT CERTAIN STREETS IN "ROBERTS & GREIc NER
ADDITION".
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized and direct
ed to enter into, for and on behalf of the City of Miami, an agreement
with Roberts & Grentner, Inc., a Florida Corporation, to open, extend
and construct certain streets shown on an amended plat of ROBERTS &
GREiTNER ADDITION, said agreement to be in the following form, to -wit:
"THIS AGREENT, made and entered into this day of
December, A. D. 1926, by and between THE CITY OF MIAMI,
party of the first part, and ROBERTS & GRENTIER, INCORPORATED,
a corporation under the laws of the State of Florida, party
of the second part;
WITNESSETH:
IT IS AGREED as follows:
That the City of Miami agrees to acquire, either by
purchase or condemnation, such parcels of real estate as are
necessary to continue Iorthwest 15th Street, Northwest 18th
Street and Northwest 19th Terrace as the same are shown on
an amended plat of ROBERTS L GREITTNER ADDITION, to be placed
on record in Dade County, Florida, from a point at the
eastern boundary of the Roberts a Grentner property and ex-
tending to Northwest Gth Court, txi . after acquiring this
property to build streets forty feet (401) in width with no
sidewalks or curbs, the streets to be of the usual specifi-
cations of other street work done in the city iimi

IT IS FURTHER AGREED by the parties hereto that
in the event the City of Miami does not cause this work
to be completed within nine (9) months from this date,
that Roberts & Grentner Incorporated may acquire the
necessary real estate and construct the aforesaid streets,
and that the City of Miami hereby agrees to pay for the
above recited three (3) streets up to and not exceeding
the total sum of Thirty Thousand (030,000.00) Dollars.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto
set their hands and affixed their seals, the day and year
first above written.
