A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT
ROLLS FOR Shwa{ IMPROVEMENTS 166A,183,193, 201 AND 220.
WHEREAS, the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida, met on
the 6th day of December, 1926, pursuant to due legal notice of said
meeting under Section 56, City Charter, to hear all written objeotions
to the confirmation of the preliminary assessment rolls for the coat
of work in Sewer Improvement Districts 166A, 183, 193, 201 and 220; and
WHEREAS, no objection thereto was sustained, and the said assess-
ment rolls appearing in all respects regular and in aoeordanoe with
the requirements and provisions of the City Charter;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COI:'MISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI :
1. That the prima facie assessments, as apportioned and in-
dicated in said preliminary assessment rolls be, and they are hereby,
in all things, ,onfirmed and sustained against any and all lots or
parcels of ground described therein.
2. That the sums and amounts assessed against each of the lots
or parcels of ground in said preliminary assessment rolls are less
than the amount that each of said lots or parcels of ground is special-
ly benefitted by said improvement and that such amounts are in pro-
portion to the special benefits that the property received and that
the proportion cf said costs to be paid by the City of Miami on account
of Highway intersections or for other reasons is the sum set forth
opposite the same therein.
Z. That the total cost of the said improvements in the sums of-

beand the same are hereby, approved and confirmed.
