A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
BUILDING INSPECTOR OF THE CITY OF MIAMI TO
ISSUE A SPECIAL BUILDING PERMIT TO O. S.
McNEII FOR MP. ERECTION OF A GARAGE BUILDING.

WHEREAS, by an amendment to the City Building Code, it is
provided that in the oonstruotion of buildings to cover a greater
proportion of lot area than allowed by the City Building Code, it
shall be necessary to submit plans and specifications for such
building to the Building Inspector and, the Director of public
Service for examination and upon proper recommendation from said
officials, the City Commission may authorize the issuance of a
Special Building Permit; and.
WHEREAS, O. A. McNeil has submitted plans and specifications
for the erection and. construction of two additional stories to the
garage building now in coure of construction on Lot 6, Block 135-
North to cover a greater proportion of lot area than alloyed by the
said. Building Code; and
WHEREAS, the Director of public Service and BI;ti ding Inspector
have submitted written approval o
said Building;
