A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONSTRUCTION OF CURB
AND GUTTER AND PAVEMENT IN CONFORMITY WITH NEW
STREET LINE ABUTTING LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK 1E2-
NORTH; AND APPROPRIATING ;7400.00 FOR THE COST
THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MT/MI:
Section 1. That the construction of curb and gutter and
pavement to conform with nevi street line established on SE lst
Street abutting Lots 17 and 18, Block 122-North be, and the
same hereby is, authorized and ordered.
Section 2. That the sum of ,e:',400.00 is hereby appropriated
from the Street Widening Bond. Fund for the cost of the work above
authorized.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of December, A. D. 1926.
