A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING SIaWAL1C IMPROVEMENTS
58 TO 64, INCLUSIVE, SEWER IUPROVEMENT 222,
AND HIGIIWAY IMPROVEMENTS 264 to 268, 273 TO
276, 297 TO 302, ALL INCLUSIVE, 394, up 310A,
311, 312, 313, 313A AND 313B.
V rrx� AS, the Commission met on December 6th, 1926, after due
legal notice, for the purpose of hearing any objections to the
acceptance of Sidewalk Improvements 58 to 64, inclusive, Sewer Im-
provement 222, and Highway Improvements 264 to 268, 273 to 276, 297
313
to 302, all inclusive, M4, 3@5, 310A, 311, 312,1313A and 313B; and
no objections having been filed; and
WHEREAS, it is shown by the report of the City Manager, which
has been duly filed for identification, that the said improvements
in the Districts aforesaid, have been properly and completely done
and are in conformity to the plans, profiles, details, drawings and
specifications of the City Manager as adopted by the Commission of
the City of Miami for such improvements, and being satisfied that
said work has been done and completed in accordance with the said
profiles, details, drawings and specifications; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COI?'ISSIOIT OF THE CITY OF MIAMI: That
the said work in :aid improvement districts be, and the same is
hereby, accepted by the Commission of the City of Miami.
