L RbSOLUTION CONFIRMING TEE RESOLUTION
ORDERING SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT 225.
WHEREAS, the city Commission at a meeting hall 0
3:00 o'clock: P. Y., November 29th, 1926, after legal notio*,
heard all objections presented by interested persons to the
confirmation of the resolution ordering Sanitary Sewer In-
provement 225, and the plane, epeoifioationa and estimate
of cost thereof, and no objection was sustained,
NOW, AFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MSIAMI: That Resolution No. 3055, adopted
November 15th, 1926, ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement
225 be, and the same is hereby, confirmed.
PISSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of November, A. D.
1926.
