ORDERING 9IDZeLLK IMPROVEMENT 70.
LASER AS, the City Commission at a meeting held at
3:00 o'clock P. Y., November 29th, 1926, after legal
notioe, heard all objections presented by interested
persons to the ooniirmation of the resolution ordering
Sidewalk Improvement 70, and the plans, epeoifioations
and estimate of oost thereof, and. no objeotion was sus-
tained;
301, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution N0. 3059, adopted
November 15th, 1926, ordering Sidewalk Improvement 70 be,
and the same is hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of November, 1. D.
