A RESOLUTION CIEFIEMING THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING SIDECILLE IMPROVEMIST 69.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at
3:00 osoloak P. 114, November 29th, 1926, after legal noties,

eonfirmation of the resolution enduing Sidewalk Improvement
69, and the plans, speoifications end estimate of obst there-
of, and no objeotian was sustained;
JOT, THEREFORE, BR IT RESOLVED BY TRE COMMISSION OF TEE
CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 3038, adopted November
15th, 1926, ordering Sidewalk Improvement 69 be, and the same
is hereby, oonfirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th dsy of November, A. D.
1926.
