A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MONT OF
12053.40 CREDITED TO CERTAIN ACCOUNTS
IN THE STREW DIVISION FOR WORK PERFUMED
BY SAID DIVISION.
BLS, the paving of SW 6th Avenue between 5th and 6th
Streets is eliminated from City Paving Contract Pv40 an &coount
of proposed street oar line on said avenue; and
BLS, Resolution W. 2726, adopted Ney.24th, 1926,
authorised the oonetrootion of the pavement on said Avenue by
City Foroei; and
WHEREAS, it appears from the report of the Direotor of
Public Service that the work has been completed at s coat of
'2053.40; and
WHEREAS, the oast of said work should be credited to the
a000nata of the Street Division;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI:
Section 1. That the Direotor of tinande be, and he is
hereby, authorised and direoted to credit to the following
acoounts of the Street Division in the Public Service Depart-
ment the amounts set opposite eaoh respeotively, to -wit:
439-01, Salaries & Wagee # 831.36
439-65, Repairing Streets, mtls. 1,232.04.
Seotion 2. That in acoordanoe with said Resolution No.
2726, interest on the assessment liens against the property
abutting the avenue so improved shall begin from the day such
work hoe been tini11y completed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of !November, A. D. 1926.
