A. RESOLUTION CANCELLING AND REPELLING RE90ILJTI=
ORDERING HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT 280 AND LINES PEND-
ING AGAINST PROPERTY L WTTING SAID IMPROVEMENT.
w' wiiEL3, Resolution NO. 2266, adopted aovember, 25rd, 1925,
the Commission ordered the improvement of N. 3. 17th Street from
Rnd. Avenge to Bayshore Drive; end
WEEMS, the osuse of disagreement between ths property
owners abutting the improvement, the work was ordered suspended
by Resolution No. 2629, adopted April 19th, 1926; and
MIEREL3, it is the recommendation of ths Oityleinager and
the Director of public Service that soak improvement be oanoelled
and no work be done an the said street at this time;
NOW, SORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TEC COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF YIMM I:
Section 1. That Resolution No. 2266, adopted November:28rd,
1925, ordering the said improvement be, and thb same is hereby,
repealed.
Section 2. That all liens pending against property abutting
said improvement by reason of said improvement having been ordered
by the Commission, be, and the same are hereby, oanoclled.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of November, A. D. 1926.
