AND MAGE APPROPRIATION THCRZFOR.
BE IT RESOLY= DY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF VTPIT:
Seotion 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorised and direoted to pay to Peterson Realty Company the
sum of #1250.00 for the oost of making alterations to the
building situated on Lot 1, Block 76-Borth necessary on
account of widening 1.M. 5th Street.
Seotion 2. That the said sumshall be paid upon receipt
of a deed of dedication to 10' off said lot.
Seotion 3. That the said sum of 11250.00 is hereby ap-
propriated from the Street widening Bond !ha. for the purpose.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of November, A. D. 1926.
