SCR Off I.E. 36TR 8TR "AND AUTHORIZING THE
WORK INCLUDED IN CITY SEWER CONTRACT 83.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF R:WM
Section 1. that the oonetraotion of approximately
375 feet of 15* storm sewer, together with necessary con-
nections and appurtenanoes, on 1[.E. 36th Street through
the property of West Point Corporation is hereby ordered.
Section 2. That the Oity Manager be, and he is
hereby, authorised to include the work in Sewer Contraot
83 with John J. Minn Company, and the oost of said oon.-
tract 83 is hereby authorised increased in the aaount of
#1, 933.44.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of November, A. D.
1926.
