1 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MUM TO
PURCHASE, FOR AND Off BEHALF OF THZ CITY OF
MIAMT, THE WEST 351 OF LOT 48, JURY BRICF=
SUBDIVISION 1T l PRICE OF $16,500.00 AND
APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
Oeotion 1. That the city ]tanager be, and he is
hereby, authorized and direoted to purchase, for and on
behalf of the City of Yiami, for street purposes in
widening N.E. Yiami Court, the West 351 of Lot 48, Max7
Briekell Subdivision, and to pay for came the sam of
•16,500.00.
Motion 2. That the said sum of 016,500.00 is
hereby appropriated from the Street Widening Bond Fbnd
for the purpose of paying the pnrehase price for purchase
of said property.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of November, A. D.
1926.
