A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQUIT BY
EMINENT DOMAIN FOR STREET AVRROSES OF TO CITY
OF MIAMT OF THE PROPERTY IN SAID CITY HEREIN-
AFTER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS41 it is necessary that the City of Miami acquire for street
purposes the following described property, located in the City of Miami,
County of Dade and State of Plorida,to-wit:
The East Nine (9) feet of Lot Six (6) of
Block Pour (4), of BEVERLY TERRACE, a Sub-
division in. Section 30, Township 53 South,
of Range 42 bast, a000rding to the Plat
thereof recorded in Plat Boot 11, at Page
47, of the Pnblio Records of Dade County,
Florida.
The above and foregoing described property is necessary and should be
acquired by the City of Miami for street purposes.
NOW, TORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
That the said land hereinafter described and set forth in this
resolution is necessary and should be acquired for street purposes,
and that the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized and. direoted
to institute the neoessary legal proceedings in the name of the City of
Miiami, for the aoquirement by said City by eminent domain of the follow-
ing described property, located in the City of Yiami, County of Dade and
State of Florida, to -wit:
