WIDENING CORAL WAY.
WHEREAS, in the widening of Coral flay (S. M. Rand Street) ,
the City of ICismi used the South 35 feet of Lot 3, Block 3,
Millerdale Subdivision, situated on the Northwest corner of
Coral Way and Gz apeland Boulevard; and
SAS, the appraised valve of said South 35 feet is
considered fair by the Comaission;
NOW, 'PORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MI.AMI:
Section 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorised and directed to pay to the owner of said lot the sum
of *12, 000 for the South 35 feet thereof.
Seotion 2. That the sam of #12,000.0C is hereby appropri-
ated from the Street Widening Bond Pun& for the purpose afore-
said
