A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PUBLICATION OF NOTICE
FOR OBJLCTIONS TO HIGHIVAY ILLPROVWT TS 264, 265,
266, 267, 268, 273, 274, 275, 276, 297, 298, 299,
300, 301, 302, 304, 305, 310A, 311, 312, 313, 313A,
313B; SIDEtViAT•T I1tPROV 1IENTS 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63,
64; AND SEVER IMPROVEMENT 222.
WHEREAS, the City Manager sae reported that Highway Construc-
tion Company have completed the improvements in Districts H-273,
11-274, H-275, H-276, 11-297, 11-298, H-299, H-300, H-301, 11-302 and
H-304; that T. B. McGahey Paving Company have completed the improve-
ments in Districts H-264, H-267, H-268, 13-305, H-310A, 13-311 and
13-312 ; that Morgan Hill Paving Company have completed the improve-
ments in Districts H-265 and 11-266; that :tobert G. Lassiter & Company
have completed the improvements in Districts 11-313, 13-313A, 11-31313,
ok-63 and 5k-64; that Geo. E. Bunnell has completed the improvements
in Districts 5k-58, 6k-59, 6k-60, dk-61 and 6k-62; and that J. B.
tacCrary Engineering Corporation have completed the improvements in
District 6r-222 in accordance with the plans and specifications
for said improvements; and
►rHt:li^rAS, the City Charter requires the publication of a notice
for objections of persons interested in and affected by said im-
provements as to the acceptance thereof by the Commission;

0i' Milli: is That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby, a uthori zed
and directed to publish a notice in a newspaper published in the
city of :._iami that at a meting ; of the City Commission to be held
on December 6th, 1926, the Commission will hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the improvement as to the
acceptance by the Cormissi on.
