A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF
FINANCE TO ROUND CERTAIN GENERAL ASSESS-
MENT AND SPECIAL ASSESSMENT TAXES ERRONEOUS-
LY PAID.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMT:
That the Director of Finance be, and he hereby is, authorized
and directed to refund to the persons hereinafter named the amounts
set opposite their respective names on account of taxes erroneously
paid on the property set forth, to -wit:
