A CONTRACT WITH GEORGE A. FULLIZ COMPANY FOR THE ERECTION
AND REPAIR OF VARIOUS BUILDIi:GS ON TM PLOT OF GROUND
I:DOWN AS THE CITY oe MIAMI MUNI''IPAI DooKs.
WHEREAS, the hurricane of 6eptember l8th, 1926, damage&
the buildings located on the plot of ground known aa the City
Miami Municipal 4)ocks; and.
WHEREAS, the immediate repair of said buildings and the
erection of additional buildings is
the City of 14iami; and.
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Agent,
of urgent importance to
City Manager and other City
officials haVe considered various proposals and bids submitted
to the ,itby contractors, for the repair and erection of said
buildings, and have riven full opportunity for competition on
said worii; and
the Lieorce fuller Company has agreed to enter
into a contract to provide all labor, equipment, material and
other necez:sary services in the erection of said buildings and
to accept in payment therefor certificates of indebtedness of

cepted; now, therefore,

Section 1. That the City Manager be authorized and directed
to enter into a contract with the George
mpany for the
repair and erection of said buildings on the plot of ground known as
the City of lUand Municipal JJocks, under which contract the George
Joull)any is to provide all labor, equipment, material and
other necessry services in connection therewith and to accept in
payment therefore certificates of indebtedness of the City of Miami
in the amount of the cost incurred therein, und a commission of ten
per cent thereon additional, said certificates to be due and payable
June 1, 1927, aria ') interest at the rate of 6l.% Which said
