INDIVIDUAL AS A MEMBER OF THE HISTORIC AND ENVIRONMENTAL
PRESERVATION BOARD FOR A TERM AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individual listed above is hereby appointed as a member of the Historic and
Environmental Preservation Board, to serve for a term ending October 23, 2026, or until the
nominating Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.'
