Background of Item:
Discussion of final millage rate, as approved at the September 13th, 2025, City
Commission Meeting, and final budget for the Miami DDA.
The approved millage rate is less than the current year's rate by 10%. And the approved
rate is 3.77% less as a percentage change of the rolled -back rate from the 0.4053 mills
rollback rate.
