TRANSPORTATION FOR THE BEAUTIFICATION GRANT PROGRAM FOR THE WEST
FLAGLER STREET MEDIAN BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT ("PROJECT"); FURTHER
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE ANY AND ALL
DOCUMENTS, IN A FORM ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY ATTORNEY, NECESSARY
FOR THE SUBMISSION OF SAID GRANT APPLICATION AND, IF AWARDED, THE
ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT FUNDS, INCLUDING ANY GRANT AGREEMENT(S) AND
ANY AND ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS, APPLICATIONS, RENEWALS, EXTENSIONS,
AMENDMENTS, AND MODIFICATIONS THERETO, REGARDING THE GRANT FOR
FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026 AND COMPLIANCE FOR THE PROJECT WITH THE
BEAUTIFICATION GRANT PROGRAM.
