A RESOLUTION PRO -RATING CITY TAXES AGAINST
CERTAIN PROPERTIES OF THE BISCAYNE BOULEVARD

PURPOSES.
V 'a•" S, in the opening of widening of Biscayne Boulevard
(N. E. 3rd Avenue), the Biscayne Boulevard Company deeded to the
City of Miami for street purposes certain properties and parts
of properties owned by said Company; and
WHEREAS, the Commission considers it right and equitable
that the said Biscayne Boulevard Company be relieved of taxes
against such properties or parts of properties so deeded to the
City for that portion of the year 1926 after the dates of the
said deeds; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COI.'m:aSSION OF THE CITY OF EIM I :
That the City Taxes assessed against properties or parts
of properties of the Biscayne Boulevard Company deeded to the
City of Miami for street purposes in opening and widening
Biscayne Boulevard (N. E. 3rd Avenue) be, and the same hereby
are, pro -rated so that said Company shall not be required to
pay City Taxes cssessed against such properties or parts of
properties for that portion of the year 1926 after the dates
of the said deed,.
