A RES OLUT I ON AUTHOR I ZI NG THE P1.YET OF
2, 000. TO S. HARVITZ FOR SENSES IN CON-
NECTION WITH MOVING BUILDINGS ON HIS PROP-
ERTY TO MAIM WAY FOR WIDENING NW FIFTH STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COL2d:ISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
Section 1. That the Director of Finance be, and he
hereby is, authorized and directed to pay to S. Harvitz
the sun of 02,000.00 to defray expenses to be incurred by
said S. Harvitz in moving the buildings situated on Lot 17,
Block 64 Borth, in order to allow for the widening of N.W.
5th Street, upon receipt of a deed to a 10-foot strip of
land along the front of said lot to be used for widening
said Street.
Section 2. That the said sum of 02,000 is hereby
appropriated from the Street Widening Bond Fund for the
above purpose.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of November, A. D.
1926.
