A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY LIANAGER TO
PURCHASE CF2TAIN LAND NECESSARY TN WIDENING
BISCAYNE BOULEVARD MID TO PAY TEL PRICES FOR
SA1E SET FORTH HEREIN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMUISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, author-
ized and directed to purchase, for and an behalf of the
City of Muni, such land in the approximate areas herein
set forth and described as is necessary to widen Biscayne
Boulevard (N.E. Thira Avenue), and to pay for same the
prices
1926.
set opposite the respective aescriptions, to -wit:
(a) Lot One (1), Block Eleven
(11), Edecwater, C= 1650 sq. ft.
Lrs. Robertson, owner.
(b) Lot Thirty-one (31), Buena Vista
Badger Club, - 784 sq. ft.
Judson Doan, owner.
