A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF
A PERMIT TO CLOW BROTHERS MOTOR COMPANY
FOR ERECTION OF AN ELECTRIC SIGII ON BUILD-
ING LOCATED AT 1114 BE 2ND AVE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OP THE CITY OF MIZMI:
That the Building Inspector of the City of Miami,
be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to issue
to Clow Brothers Motor Company, a permit for the erection
of an electric sign on the building located at 1114 IiE
2nd Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Clow Brothers Motor
Company shall furnish to the City of Miami a bond to in-
demnify the City against any loss by reason of the erection
of vruch sign if, in the discretion of the City Manager, it
is deemed advisable to require indemnity bond for the pro-
tection of the City, otherwise said Clow Brothers Motor
Company shall not be required to furnish said bond.
