77HEREAS, upon tabulation of bids received October 25th,
1926, for the construction of sanitary sewers, pumping equipment
and structures in Sewer Improvement Districts 213, 214, 215 and
216, it appears that the bid of J. B. MoCrary Engineering Corpora-
tion is the lowest and best bid received for the said work;

Section 1. That the bid of J. B. McCrary Engineering Corpora-
tion for the construction of sanitt:ry sewers, pumpii equipment
.Jfl ststructures ill esver Improvement Districts 213, 214, 215 and
216, at and for the sum of 0124,054.36, be, and the same is here-
by, accepted and contract for the work, designated Contract Sr-79,
is hereby awarded to said J. B. Licerary Engineering Corporation.
Section 2. That the City iaanager be, and he is hereby, au-
thorized to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Liiami con-
tnict with said J. B. LicCrary Engineering Corporation for the
Stiti work.
