A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO CLEAN, KEEP
CLEAN, SANITARY AND FREE FROG:: WEEDS, THE PROPERTIES AND
L0TS HEREIN DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, it has been reported to the Commission of the City
of Miami and the Commission finds that the following described
lots and parcels of land are filled with weeds and are not clean
and sanitary, which breed mosquitoes and cause disease and consti-
tute a dangerous fire hazard; said lots and parcels of land being
described U3 follows, to -wit:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVO BY THE COLLITSSION OF THE CITY
Section 1. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby, author-
ized and dirocted to publish notice to the cxners of the said lots
coiltaifi.n,r description of the said lots requiring the said owners
to clear same of and destroy all weeds, undergrowth, rubbish, de-
bris, trash, unsightly and uneanitcry matter upon the said lots.
Section 2. That upon the failure of any of the owners of
said lots to clear the sumo within five (5) days from the publica-
tion of the notice hereirwbove authorized, the City :danager be,
