A RESOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL IMPROVEMENT WF-1-A.
BE 12 RESOLVED BY Ti ali COLIIISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
Section 1. That a local improvement described and designated
as follows shall be made under Section 56, City Charter:
Improvement W.F. 1-A as follows:
On S. Bayshore Drive, from the South line of S. E. 15th Street
Road to the North line of S. E. 14th Street.
Constructing a sea wall of sheet steel piling, having a section
of approximately 24.98 poUnds per square foot, and carrying on its
land side, 1 waling strip of 10" channel iron, having a section of
approximately 25 pounds per square foot; said channel to be -bolted
to alternate piles by at least one bolt in each such pile; also carry-
ing a concrete cap over ends of all piles and above the waling - said
cap to have a section of lln x 6”; with necessary fills and dredging.
Section 2. That 13.5r, of the cost of this improvement shall be'
borne by the City at larEe and 86.5;; of the said cost shall be specia17,
ly assessed..
Section 3. The property which the City Commission deems will be
specially benefitted, is:

Out Lot No. 56, Bloch 2 - 75.0 Lineal Feet.
Cut Lot No. 57, Block 2 - 80.0 Lineal Peet.

Out Lot No. 59, Block 2 -100.0 Lineal Feet.
Out Lot No.34 , Block 2 -483.3 Lineal Feet.
Ot Lot No. 1, Block 2 -100.0 Lineal Feet.
Out Lot No. 2, Block 2 - 97.5 Lineal Feet.
Out Lot ro. 3, Bloch 2 - 97.5 7,ineal Feet.
Out Lot No. 4, Block 2 - 95.0 Lineal Feet.
and the above described property acainst which special assessments
for the cost hereo shall be uadc is hereby dcQicnated District WF-1-A.
