HT:SOLUTION NO. 3032.
A RESOLUTIOE CONFIRMING THE PRELIMINARY ASSESS-
MENT ROLLS FOR SEWER IIHROVWINTS 113, 115, 128-A,
147, 155, 191 AND CERTAIN HIGHWAY AND SIDEWALK IM-
PROVELENTS IN BUENA VISTA DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida, n t
on the 1st day of November, 1926; pursuant to due legal notice
of said meeting under Section 56, City Charter, to hear all writ-
ten objections to the confirmation of the preliminary assessment
rolls for the cost of work in Sewer Improvement Districts 113,
115, 128-A, 147, 155 and 191; and certain Highway and Sidewalk
Improvements on the streets shown in the said preliminary assess-
ment rolls; and.
WHMEAS, no objection thereto was sustained, and. the said
assessment rolls appearing in all respects regular and in accord-
ance with the requirements and provisions of the City Charter;
NOV, THEREFORE, BE IT RSOLVED BY THE 00;,11ISSION OF THE
CITY OF 1.1IAbLI:
Section 1. That the irima facie assessments, as apportioned
and indicated in said preliminary assessment rolls be, and they
are hereby, in all things, confirmed and sustained against any
and all lots or parcels of ground described therein.
Section 2. That the sums and amounts assessed against each
of the lots or parcels of ground in said preliminary assessment
rolls are less than the amount that e ach of said lots or parcels
of ground is -;I:ecially benefitted by said improvement and that
such amounts are in proportion to the spacial benefits that the
property received rand that the proportion of said costs to be jaid
by the City of Laami on account of Highway intersections is the
si.un set forth opposite the same therein.
