A RESOLUTION CONFIRJ1IIrG THE RESOL;1*TI(Nd ORDERING
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT 318.
WHEI5AS, the City Commission at a meeting held at 3:00
o'clock P. I;I., November1st, 1926, after legal notice, heard all
objections presented by interested persona to the confirmation
of the resolution ordering Highway Improvement 318, and the
plans, specifications and estimate of cost thereof, and no objec-
tion was sustained;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF LIIALII : That Resolution No. 2987, adopted October 18th , 1926,
ordering Highway Improvement 318, be, and the same is hereby,
confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of November, A. D. 1926.
