A RESOLUTICE1 AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
ATTORNEY TO PREPARE AND SERVE ON THE OWNERS OF THE
LIEYER-KISER BUILDIIIC .AND ALL OTHER PARTI1 3 IN INTER-
EST THE NOTICES 3ET FORTH HEREIN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMI1ISSION OF TIE CITY OF LIIAMT:
Section 1. That the City Attorney be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to prepare and serve on the owners of the
Meyer -Kiser Building a notioe to provide proteotion to the build-
ings and alley adjaoent to said building within twenty-four (24)
hours, or that the work will be done by the City of Miami and tbe
cost thereof made a lien against the property; and to give the
said owners a further notice to begin the demolition of the said
building to a point not above the fourth floor of said building
within ten (10) days.
eotion 2. That the City attorney is further instructed
and'authorized to notify the Insurance adjusters, Lessees, the
Trustees under the mortgage on the Meyer -Kiser Building and all
other parties in interest of this action of the City Commission
and to provide them with a copy of the notices served upon tbe
owners.
